Hey — I’m Karan, the founder of Elevate NXT.

I’ve spent years in the sales trenches — first as a 360 recruiter, where I billed over £1 million, and then as a pharmaceutical rep navigating some of the most competitive and regulated markets in the UK.

I’ve coached new starters and seasoned pros, helped founders get their first clients, and trained sales teams to sell with more confidence, structure, and consistency.
